- 1Apply. Decommissioners and recyclers create an account above; developers and donees submit the short form. Two to five minutes.
- 2Upload your documents. Certificate of Insurance, certifications or licenses, and for donees the IRS determination letter. Decommissioners and recyclers do this on their profile page right after signup.
- 3Verification. We review the documents and, where it helps, get on a 20-minute call. Usually one business day for firms with complete paperwork.
- 4Platform agreement. A short standard agreement; you contract with asset owners directly. Most firms turn it around in a few days.
- 5Start bidding. Once verified, matching RFPs in your service area reach you and you bid on fully scoped jobs.
Partner application
For 501(c)(3) donees and partner types that do not bid on the platform. Decommissioners and recyclers should create an account instead, and developers should use the developer application.
