Licensing

- · Specialty solar endorsements where required (e.g., CSLB C-46)
Insurance & bonding
- · Commercial General Liability ($2M occurrence / $5M aggregate)

Lump-sum price, design proposal, schedule to mechanical completion, schedule to PTO, warranties, references. Same fields every time.
