For EPCs

Bid on pre-scoped repower work.

Receive standardized repower RFPs on pre-qualified sites with the existing interconnection position, land control, and decom cost already locked in. Every bid is scored on the same rubric, so you win on quality instead of a race to the bottom.

  • Standardized RFPs: bid once on a consistent format instead of re-scoping every deal
  • De-risked sites: no teardown unknowns; Stage 1 is priced and contracted before you bid
  • Parallel scheduling: repower mobilization coordinated directly with decom completion
  • Locked, like-for-like scope: stop losing bids to lowballers who cut corners on a vague spec
  • Pre-educated owners: they arrive knowing what the work costs, so you spend less unpaid time selling
  • A public 1–10 rating with every completed job — the track record EPCs have never had
What you get

A predictable pipeline of pre-scoped repower projects.

A willing customer and a clean site

Stage 1 partner bidding closes before EPCs are even invited, so the decommissioning is already handled and demolition cost is committed. The site arrives decommission-ready, and the owner is committed to repowering.

De-risked before you bid

Renovo front-loads the diligence on every site: spare electrical capacity, a repowering-savings model, and confirmed owner buy-in, so the opportunity is real before it reaches you.

Standardized RFP format

Every Renovo RFP has the same fields, same evaluation rubric, and same supporting docs. Your BD team can scale from 5 RFPs a quarter to 50 without proportional headcount.

Pre-qualified owners with funding secured

Renovo only opens Stage 2 once the owner has confirmed budget and committed to the repower. Wasted bids on deals that won't close drop to near zero.

Bundled multi-site portfolios

When projects geographically cluster, Renovo bundles them into a single RFP. Bid one mobilization, one schedule, and one set of paperwork to win 2–5 sites of revenue.

Standardized contract templates (on the roadmap)

We're developing a templated repower EPC contract to cut weeks of bespoke negotiation per deal. Until it ships, deals close on your paper or the owner's.

Pre-qualification

What we verify before you start receiving RFPs.

Getting pre-qualified is free and a one-time setup; after that, matching RFPs come to you automatically as projects close Stage 1 bidding in your declared geographies.

The bidding flow

From qualification to award in four steps.

  1. 1

    Apply and get qualified

Submit your profile. Renovo reviews licensing, insurance, references, and capacity, typically within 1–2 weeks. Once qualified, you receive matching RFPs in your declared geographies.

  2. 2

    Receive standardized RFPs

Each Stage 2 RFP arrives with full system specs, site assessment, locked Stage 1 pricing, evaluation rubric, and a hard bid deadline. No bespoke document gathering.

  3. 3

    Bid the repower scope

Lump-sum price, design proposal, schedule to mechanical completion, schedule to PTO, warranties, references. Same fields every time.

  4. 4

    Win, contract, and build

If awarded, you contract directly with the owner and receive the full master schedule. Renovo keeps the cross-stage timeline aligned so decom completion and your repower mobilization stay in sync.
