For 501(c)(3) donee partners.
Mission-driven nonprofits putting functional end-of-life solar panels back into service — community solar projects, low-income housing, clinics, schools, international electrification. Renovo matches your geographic and capacity needs to incoming functional-panel donations from asset owners doing repowering.
Functional panels matched to your mission.
Donation-matched, not bid
NGO partners don't bid — Renovo matches functional panels to your geography, panel-type acceptance, and quarterly capacity. You confirm intake and we handle logistics.
Form 8283 + appraisal support
For donations over $5,000, Renovo provides Form 8283 guidance and coordinates the qualified-appraiser process for the asset owner (auto-prefill on the roadmap). You provide the contemporaneous written acknowledgment.
Logistics coordinated
Renovo arranges decom and transport to your site through our partner network. You receive panels palletized, labeled, and tested for functional output.
Mission alignment, not commerce
Renovo's NGO partner network exists to redirect functional panels away from recycling and into useful service. We don't charge NGOs and don't take a fee on donation transactions.

Vetting takes 1–2 weeks. Once approved, you start receiving match notifications as asset owners choose the donation path during repowering.
