Help your clients handle end-of-life solar the right way.
EPCs, installers, and independent engineers already know which fleets are coming off warranty, under-performing, or headed for repower. Renovo gives you and your clients the tools and marketplace to handle decommissioning, recycling, and repowering without the guesswork.
What your clients get
When you bring a client to Renovo, they get a structured, auditable process — from the first RFP to the recycling certificate.
Every decom job goes through a standardized RFP scored on price, logistics, material recovery, and ESG. Clients see every bid side by side.
Small and mid-size fleets rarely get the per-ton price the majors see. Nearby projects bundle for shared mobilization — owners split the volume discount.
Recycling certificates, weight tickets, and ESG reporting generated automatically at award. Everything needed for state RPS and agency reporting.
How it works

When a client has an end-of-life fleet — or is planning a repower — introduce them to Renovo. We handle the RFP, bidding, and award.
Clients receive competitive bids, documented chain-of-custody, and a structured process. You stay involved as the trusted advisor throughout.
Why your clients benefit too
Referring a client only works if the destination is worth the trip. Here's what they get when they come through a partner link.
Every bid is scored on a transparent rubric — price, logistics, material recovery, ESG, and timeline — with weights the client controls. We freeze the rubric at bid submission time so the award is auditable years later.
Small and mid-size fleets rarely get the per-ton price the majors see. Our clearinghouse geographically bundles nearby projects so a recycler can fill a route — owners share the volume discount.
Branded Bill of Lading and Certificate of Recycling templates, an ESG one-pager per award, and a state-agency reporting export. Everything needed for state RPS, Washington's SB 5376, and California's SB 489 paperwork.
Asset owners pay nothing to list inventory or run an RFP. We monetize the winning recycler's commission, so owners keep every dollar of the winning bid.
Frequently asked
Do I need to take title to the panels?+
No. The asset owner always retains title until the recycler takes possession. You are never in the chain of custody, never on a Bill of Lading, and never exposed to CERCLA liability for the waste stream.
Can I stay involved after introducing a client?+
Yes. Many EPCs stay involved as project managers or advisors through the decom and repower process. Renovo handles the marketplace and documentation; your firm handles the site relationship. We work alongside you, not around you.
What regions do you currently operate in?+
We are actively building out coverage across the U.S. If you work in a region where we're not yet active, reach out anyway — new recycler and contractor relationships are the primary way we expand.
What types of projects are a good fit?+
Commercial and utility-scale solar at or approaching end of life, repowering projects where old panels need to be removed, and lease-end situations where decommissioning obligations need to be satisfied. We focus on solar; wind and battery storage are on the roadmap.
